Return Policy: Our kits are guaranteed to be 100% compatible with the machine they are designated for. Filters that have not been installed or tampered with or used in any way, may be returned for a refund. Filters must be returned in the original packaging clean and unused. Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs unless we designate otherwise. Buyer also pays 20% restocking fee on returned items. If items are returned in unsatisfactory condition, they can be returned to the buyer at his or her expense. Valid returns are accepted within 14 days of buyer receipt.
