Shipping & Handling
● We will ship items within ONE business day of receiving payment.
● INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS:

Regardless of
your chosen shipping method, packages may be held at customs in the USA or in
your country.

Please allow 2-8
weeks for shipment to arrive. Please notify us if your shipment has not arrived
after 4 weeks.
○
Import duties,
taxes and charges are NOT INCLUDED in the item price or shipping charges. These
charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
● We have no control over the order once the
package leaves our warehouse. We are NOT responsible for any package that is
lost or damaged in the mail.
Returns
● All returns will be accepted within 30 days of
purchase
● Returns of underwear purchases will NOT be accepted
unless the package is still new, sealed, and unopened.
● Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable
● Buyers will be responsible for the shipping costs
of all returns and/or exchanges.

● We will provide positive feedback for all purchases;
we ask that you do the same for us.
