Shipping Details

• We ship from a nationwide network of warehouses. We Ship via UPS Ground or freight truck, neither will deliver to a PO Box or HC address, we must have a valid street address. All international orders are shipped using eBay's Global Shipping program or you must arrange shipment, we will only ship to a U.S. address. We can only ship to the address on the order, no exceptions. If you need to change the delivery address you will need to cancel your order and replace it with the correct information.

Payment Policy

• Buy it Now listings require immediate payment, we do not accept Personal Checks or C.O.D. shipments. ebay collects sale tax where it is applicable; if you should be tax exempt you will need to register your business with ebay.

Return Policy

• Returns are accepted 30 days from delivery for a refund minus shipping on unused items. Please check the product fitment before installing. Once installed, the part is considered used and we cannot take it back.
• If an error is made on our end, or the part was damaged by UPS, please contact us immediately. Do not install incorrect or damaged items. We can be reached by ebay message. Office Hours are Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm eastern.

FAQ

• Where is Tobacco Road Auto located?
  Tobacco Road Auto has shipping depots all over the country and we will ship your item from the closest depot to your location for the fastest shipping. Not all of our locations stock all of our items.
• Can I pick up my purchase?
  Our depots are warehouses only and do not have a sales floor for walk in customers. Unless pickup is stated in the shipping area of the auction, we are not able to arrange a pickup of our items.
• Is this item in stock? When will my purchase be shipped? How long does shipping take?
  Items posted on ebay will be in stock. We manage inventory and auctions carefully. Most (95%) items will ship the same day or the following business day. UPS Domestic Ground shipping normally takes 2-6 business days. If there are any delays in shipping, you will be contacted shortly after your purchase. We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by UPS or situations out of our control. We appreciate your understanding in these situations.
• Do you offer faster shipping?
  Expedited shipping is available, but it is VERY expensive. Example: 1 17" wheel with ground shipping is $20. Next day shipping would be around $130. 2 day service would be around $95.
• Why am I being charged sales tax?
  We are a division of a large corporation that has locations in many states. We are required by law to collect applicable taxes in any state that we have a location in. The advantage to this is you are buying from a large, reputable company that can provide faster shipping than a single location retail store. If you are a car dealer or automotive shop/store that is tax exempt, please contact us to refund taxes as they cannot be removed from the listing.
• I've received my item, but it was damaged in shipping. What do I do?
  DO NOT INSTALL ANY DAMAGED ITEMS! Contact us immediately so we can file a damage claim with UPS and arrange for a replacement to be shipped. UPS will deny any damage claim if the item has been installed. You will be stuck with the damaged item, if it is installed, it cannot be returned.
• There was a mistake in shipping, I received the wrong item. What do I do?
  We work hard to keep mistakes to a minumum but they can happen. If you receive the wrong item, please contact us to arrange a replacement. We will provide a pre-paid shipping label to return the incorrect item. DO NOT INSTALL! We are not able to take back used items even if we made the error in shipping the wrong part.
