These Snap Templates help make the process of laying HO Scale track simpler and easier. They are designed to help ensure your track is laid smoothly and accurately. Whether you are a seasoned model train enthusiast or just starting out, these templates help facilitate placement of HO Scale track at an affordable price.

Designed with attention to detail and precision, the track placement Snap Templates snap together by way of a unique dovetail joint locked in place with a connector, making the intended relationship between template sections more accurate to specific curvatures and angles.  One connector is included with each Snap Template section.

A large selection of curvatures are available including elliptical transition sections that enable smooth transition from a straight section of track to a specific radius of curvature circular arc.  This smooth transition provides for a more prototypical scene as a locomotive enters the curve.

Each Snap Template section also features center line slots for placing nails into ties, or, for scribing a track center line using a scribing stencil.  One scribing stencil is included with each Snap Template section.

Snap Template sections are also available with or without openings for hand laying rail spikes.
