PAYMENT:
We accept Credit Cards, Company Checks and Wire Transfers.
Product Warranty:
NSLE guarantees the performance of all products in the manner described. The purchaser must determine the suitability of the product for its particular use. The warranty does not cover any faults caused by operator error and modifications of any kind. It also excludes connection to electrical supply source other than what the supplied instrument was originally configured for by original manufacturer. Within the warranty period, should any product fail to perform satisfactorily to specification, we will replace the item or refund the purchase price.
SHIPPING:
We will determine best method of shipping based upon item and shipping location. Our preferred shipping method is FedEx Ground service unless item requires freight service. BUYER is responsible for any taxes, duties and any other applicable charges associated with items being shipped internationally.
If a shipment is incomplete, please retain all shipping documents and packing materials, and notify us as soon as possible (no later than five business days after receiving item).
If a shipment is damaged, accept the shipment and retain all shipping documents, cartons, and packing materials for inspection. Make a note on the waybill of any visible damage at the time of receipt. Report the damage as soon as possible.
All freight items require business name, contact name and phone number. The carrier will not pick up from us without that information.
RETURN POLICY:
We offer a 30-day return on all products unless sold as-is for parts/repair or not working.
