Returns: Returns cost me money. You must contact me before returning any items to obtain a return authorization number. Any return may be subject to a minimum 10% restocking fee. All returns must be returned in new condition (NO marks, scratches, tape, damage, etc.). All packaging material must be included and in new condition (this includes boxes, wrappers, manuals, protective styrofoam, etc.). Items returned in anything other than new condition will be subject to a minimum 30% re-stocking fee. Items sent back without a return authorization or in damaged condition will be sent back to the customer without exchange or refund. Shipping costs are non-refundable, this includes items which are sold with "free" shipping.
