Please do not discard any pallets or packaging until you have inspected and tested your unit. If you see damage to your item upon delivery please refuse the shipment and do not sign any delivery. RETURN POLICY (Please read)
-Cooler Depot does not accept returns unless your item is malfunctioned upon arrival. For UPS/FEDEX/USPS a shipping label will be provided for return. For LTL Freight it is required that you have the item packaged and secured/strapped to pallet for pick up. We can not provide any assistance in palletizing the item. Thank you for your cooperation.
