Warranty

1 Year Warranty. This item purchased through the Revolving Networks eBay store receive a 1 year warranty. The warranty is good for a replacement or refund depending upon seller availability. Warranty is only valid if sold directly to the end user. All units purchased for resale receive a 30-Day warranty. This item DOES NOT include any warranty from the manufacturer.

Condition

New - This product is brand new and has never been used. It comes in the original Meraki packaging with all the original accessories. All Meraki appliances come open boxed and not sealed, same as they would from Meraki directly. Unclaimed, no licenses included. Licensing must be purchased from a Meraki Partner. Boxes may have sharpie writing on them.

Shipping

FREE – In the lower 48 States. Revolving will typically ship within 1 business day of payment receipt. Our preferred shipping method is FedEx Ground or USPS. Please contact seller for pricing on faster or alternative shipping methods. We will gladly ship on the buyer’s FedEx or UPS account if desired.

We accept PayPal, credit cards and wire transfer as payment. We will respond to all REASONABLE offers. To make a payment with credit card a credit card authorization form must be completed.

Note: Revolving Networks does NOT guarantee OEM warranty or transfer of ownership. These are unclaimed and eligible to be claimed to the buyers Meraki dashboard. These products are eligible for Meraki licensing (licensing must be purchased through a Meraki partner).

Return Policy

If you need to return an item please contact us or send a message. We will have to issue a Return Material Authorization (RMA) and send a Pre-Paid Shipping Label assuming the item is being returned for a valid reason. All non-defective items that are returned are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Please reference the condition description for any cosmetic/physical damages previously noted in listing. Refunds will be issued in up to 5 business days after we’ve received the item. All returned items must be in the same condition as when purchased, the buyer will be responsible for any damages due to mistreatment or inadequate packaging.

Sales Tax

Sales tax will be added for all shipment in the state of Minnesota.
