1. The home 5g cell phone signal booster create any signal, it only boosts what it can receive. If the outside signal is less than 2 bars, it won't boost the signal for your phones

These things are absolutely critical for the cell phone signal booster to work:
1. Verify your phone is receiving the band 13 signal from your carrier's tower
2. Make sure the Outdoor Yagi Antenna aims at your carrier's tower, and could receive 2-5 bars of solid signal at the place where it's installed
3. Keep the indoor antenna is about 28-32ft away from outdoor antenna and make sure a wall between them
