This is a NEW Bose QC45, QC35 I and QC35 II headphones metal hinge replacement part. This is the part that often fails on your plastic hinge. Your hinge has this metal part attached to it with a screw going through the middle of it. This part was die cast with 304 stainless steel to ensure it will match the original part you had on your Bose QC headphones. This part has been painted to the color you selected but may has small paint nicks on it as it may have rubbed off during production.
