- We are not affiliated with any manufacturer or maker of the merchandise we sell. Some products are covered under a manufacturer’s warranty, in such cases any warranty issues should be directed to the respective manufacturer.
- Texas residents are subject to 8.25% state sales tax. I know. We don't like it either.
- Delivery dates indicated are estimates only. If you need delivery by a given date, please send us a message at the time of purchase via ebay. In case we are unable to fulfill the request in the timely manner specified a full refund will be issued within 24 hours.
- Returns will only be accepted if the merchandise is returned in the exact condition as it was sent. Sealed packages that have been opened and unused items that show evidence of use will not be eligible for a refund. Refunds will only be issued when we determine that the item that was returned is the exact item that was sent out.
- Shipping fees on international transactions are not refundable.
- Seller reserves the right to cancel transactions involving shipment to non-US destinations.
- Customs or import duties, whenever applicable, are the responsibility of the buyer.
- Packages shipped to Puerto Rico, Hawaii, Alaska and other US territories outside the mainland may incur additional shipping charges, please ask accordingly.
