They are the same as the normal RBSE960 other than some cosmetic differences like the labels.
All units are verified to be in 100% perfect operating condition. There may be minor signs of use on the unit, the unit you receive will not be the exact unit in the pictures but it will be in similar good condition along with a power supply.

Each of our units are updated to the latest firmware and fully tested to be working prior to being listed. Sync issues are generally caused by something to do with your router and current setup rather than the satellite itself and we can help troubleshoot any issues, we can't help you if you do not tell us there is a problem. For example, one of the biggest issues would be your router running on an old firmware and needs to be updated before the satellite can be paired.
