This is an NCR and Radiant Systems cable to connect legacy Radiant Systems peripheral devices, such as a remote serial receipt or ticket printer, to NCR, Radiant Systems or Aloha point of sale system.

This converter has a 8-pin female RJ45 (Cat 5) end and the other end is a 6-pin RJ12 / RJ11 male.
Note: a 6-pin configuration is often referred to as either RJ12 or RJ11 since the ends look the same.
