All items are shipped USPS International First Class Mail. You may decide to pay an additional amount to ship Express Mail. CLEANING YOUR JEWELRY:

Your jewelry will arrive polished. On old darkened items, please let me know if you want your purchase cleaned / polished before shipment. For maintenance, please do not wear your jewelry while washing as the chemicals in the soap and water will degrade natural stones and could possibly loosen settings.

RETURNS:

We accept returns within 14 days for money back. We don't reimburse for your cost to ship merchandise back. Items must be returned in new condition less the cost of shipping. Please package all returns carefully so they will not get damaged
