SHIPPING POLICIES and PRACTICES: Shipping charges are based on actual postage and supply costs, with no bogus "handling" fees. Media mail can be slow, so please take this into account when selecting your shipping options. 

ALL ITEMS ARE PACKED TO PREVENT DAMAGE IN SHIPPING. With a few exceptions (e.g., patches or other items that can be protected with bubble mailers) we ship most items in boxes or rigid packages. Paper items are always packed with cardboard and/or foam core to prevent bends and creases. We have 30 years experience packing items carefully for shipping.

NON-US BUYERS: Import duties, taxes, and charges are NOT INCLUDED in the item price or shipping charges. These are the responsibility of the buyer.

Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying.

TRACKING FOR NON-US SHIPMENTS: We ship many items by First Class International to save buyers money, but please note that tracking for this service is sometimes more limited than expedited services. We upload the US Postal Service Customs Label number for each item, but this sometimes only confirms when the item has been shipped and can also usually be used to locate the package in customs within the destination country.

If you want a fully trackable shipping service, please request Priority Mail, Registered Mail, or Express Mail delivery. Consult with us first to determine which service will best meet your needs. We generally use Priority Mail or Registered Mail for non-US orders over $50. 

NON-US TRANSIT TIMES: International shipping times may vary widely based on the destination country customs process, the time of year, and sometimes factors within destination country postal systems that are not clear to us! It is not uncommon to ship two items to the same country on the same day, and one will arrive in 7 days, and the other may take 6 weeks. Even to the same buyer! This is particularly true for First Class International service. The most typical range is 2 weeks. 

We guarantee quick shipping of items after payment, but if quick arrival is necessary, please contact us before payment to confirm the best service options.

BEST OFFERS: Listed priced are always based on prices consistent with market trends, but we list some items with the opportunity for buyers to make an offer. Lower offers are more likely to be accepted for buyers purchasing multiple items.

POST-TRANSACTION FEEDBACK: We work hard to earn buyers' positive feedback once they have received their items.
