Comes with the EDS-D1 computer, original manual, and a free face mask (what is shown in photos). Connect the computer to your oxygen tank, and the mask or cannula to the other tube on the computer and you are all set.
Notice in the pictures, that I have a piece of velcro attached to the back of the unit to allow mounting in the cockpit.
