This item is discontinued it is old school it's still in the original box.. does show some signs of paint fallen off I don't think this item was used but there is rust on the inside from it's sitting around and collecting moisture probably. comes with the original instructions all the bolts are there the washers might not be good they probably will crack. But everything was still found in a place like original..
Please look closely at pictures it is being sold as a project Fixer-Upper for parts or not working you might need to work on this to get it to work 100%...
