Premium quality universal carbon fiber exhaust heatshield cover for any motorcycle with exhaust diameter between 1.8-2.7 in / 46-70mm

The heat shield is a universal fit, which means it is designed to fit a wide range of motorcycles. It comes with clamps and bolts, which makes installation easy and hassle-free. The clamps and bolts secure the heat shield to your motorcycle's exhaust pipe, ensuring that it stays in place even during extreme riding conditions.

Comes with 2x stainless steel clamps and 2x M6 bolts.

Superlight and durable pure Carbon Fiber.

Extremely lightweight only 15g, but still strong enough for hard motorycle riders. 

This High Strength Carbon Fiber Heat Shield is manufactured using 100% high-tech carbon fibre pre-preg fabric, cured under pressure at elevated temperature to produce a carbon fibre detail with engineering-grade mechanical properties and a glossy class- A surface finish on both sides.

The heat shield has a classic 2/2 twill, 12k woven carbon fiber pattern  with a pin-hole free high gloss finish. 

12k pattern is bigger than 3k version.

The matrix used is a high performance epoxy resin which offers excellent mechanicals and clarity. The high temperature cure maximises the mechanical strength properties and results in a Tg (glass transition) of 110°C.
