We always strive to give the best description & provide you with the best customer service. If an item needs to be returned, please call us first as many issues can be rectified with a phone call. If it is necessary to return the item, the buyer must first receive an RA number from Rivercity Cycle Parts.
All items to be returned must be in new condition and uninstalled. Any item returned is subject to restocking fees and must be returned/shipped at the buyers expense.
