All these years I thought this was foil or metal. But this is made of straw. I believe this to be a shipping canal lock. .Whether it is rice, bamboo hay.. I have no idea. The detail is amazing. You have all sorts of metallic colors, depending on how the light is hitting it. This was in a simple frame. I took it out to try to identify it. And I can’t .
