Shipping fees (if charged) cover the cost of supplies such are bubble wrap to protect your order from damage, boxes, tape, and the postal service charge. If an item has free shipping, that cost is taken in to account if the product price.

Shipping times and speeds may fluctuate depending on availability. Faster payment will have faster shipping. If payment is not made within 5 days and an extension is not requested or not communicated, your order will be cancelled.
Returns are not accepted on orders. If you receive your order and it arrived broken or damaged please message me within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will go from there. Returns are not accepted if you are not satisfied (for example: did not like the scent of a fragrance or did not like results of a skincare product). This policy is in place to protect the operation of a small business and we do not operate as a corporation or collaborate with any corporations.
Once an item is shipped please refer to the selected postal service for any questions as to location updates. Please validate your shipping address before finalizing transactions. If an address is incorrect I cannot change it after it has been shipped. If it is incorrect and the item has not been yet shipped, message me and I can correct it
