These are exceptionally easy to use, simply pan as normal, when close to the final swirl, place your finger on the insert to clear out any remaining unwanted material. Then add more water to the pan and turn the insert upside down and wash out the concentrates. You can now either continue with what remains in the pan or place into a another container to pan at your own leisure. The kit consists of  FOUR DIFFERENT InsertS.
