Miller MGD Genuine Draft Light 2-sided Spinning Wall Pub Lighted Sign - works
It does light up. Takes about 3 seconds to light up. And it does spin. See video
Does need a wall mount for it to connect to.
The top piece does needs a cap nut to attach to it. It fell off at one point. Please see pictures.
It is a perfect circle all around.
Looks to be about 19 inches. Hard to really measure since its not flat.
There are some paint chips in the plastic on both sides. Please see pictures
