Mighty Morphin Power Rangers, Oil Pastels Art Set, Blue Case, Oriental

I don’t know exactly where this is from. It could be Chinese. It could be Japanese or some other orient country. Take a close look. The pastel set is almost complete. There appears to be one or two things missing out of the center trays. I just liked it and didn’t want to see it to get thrown away because there are a lot of Power Ranger collectors out there.
