Midwest Steering Replacement for Hydraguide Fits Ford Tractors & More HGA08W

This is a Midwest Steering valve coupled with a column adapter to allow replacement of the Parker/TRW/Ross Hydraguide units with wheel mount shafts listed below.   The Wheel mount shaft has splines and threads. This replacement assembly is identical hydraulically to the Hydraguide it replaces.  Backed with our 1 year unlimited hour usage warranty. As you can see in the comparison photos it is the same size or smaller physically, and the shaft extension and mounting bolt hole size and locations are the same as the original Hydraguide. The ports are the same size as original, BUT they are in somewhat different locations. Please look at the photos. So your supply line routing and fittings may require modifications to accommodate the new positions.  We do not supply any hoses or fittings with this listing.  We highly recommend checking your installation and comparing to the photo that shows the porting arrangement so you will know what is involved. If your application has rigid lines, you will need to re-bend the lines, adapt flexible ends to the lines, or replace the lines altogether.

Receiving an item

Note any damage to the shipping box. If the item was received and was damaged in shipping—Please keep the box, and all shipping materials.  We will need those to make a claim.  Please visually check each unit before installing. 

Return Policy

If the item you purchased was possibly misrepresented by us. 

For a full refund, you must eBay message us within 30 days of receiving your item. Returns require our approval and return authorization number. Items must be returned to us before we can issue your refund. 

Please note: we record serial numbers and/or mark items to discourage fraud. 

If you changed your mind and do not want your item: 

1)   If the item has NOT shipped—eBay Message us with the request, we will provide further instructions

If the item has shipped—We can authorize you to return it for a refund of the cost of the item, NOT including any shipping fees. A re-stock fee may apply.  We will not accept returns in cases when the condition of the item and/or retail packaging has been compromised, changed, modified or altered.

The buyer is responsible for all return shipping fees, please make sure it is packed well. Insure all returns. Record the tracking numbers.  You are responsible for getting the return back to us.  Items must be returned to us before we can issue credit.

30 Days

Returns will not be accepted beyond 30 days after the item has been delivered to or picked up by the buyer, except under certain circumstances.

Return Authorization

All returns require a proper return authorization by a Midwest Steering customer service rep, and are only processed within eBay.

International Buyers. 

We cannot calculate or be responsible for any import duties, taxes, or brokerage fees that you may be responsible for. We cannot pre-pay these fees. We will not ship any item as a GIFT.  Items go through export customs, and then import customs on your end. This takes time.  If your shipment is delayed, and it shows in your country, please contact your customs department for further information. Please Note: Items shipped to a US address which are then forwarded internationally, need to be inspected thoroughly by BEFORE forwarding. Once they are shipped internationally, we will not offer any support if items are damaged in transit. If the item is listed incorrectly, the return shipping charges would only be covered within the United States, and only if we are notified within the 30 day return policy period.

Special notes concerning steering valves:

Make sure that you hook up the hoses correctly before powering up a unit.  Installing hoses in an incorrect port can cause catastrophic failure to the unit and/or cause bodily harm to you or bystanders. Cracked units from improper installation is not a warrantable issue. Returning a unit that was hooked up incorrectly and then stating it is a seller defect is FRAUD. Before hooking the unit up and you are still unsure on hose routing please contact us for help!
