Pumps are specialist parts that should only be diagnosed, installed and set up by an engineer who is qualified to work on the appliance. These parts are not suitable for DIY type installation. Please also note that while we will accept returns on unused unopened parts we can not accept returns if the parts have been installed, you must satisfy yourself that you have the correct specification of pump (voltage, rating, cycle duty etc..) before installing it. If you have a fault with your existing pump then you need to establish what caused the part to go faulty before replacing it with the new one, you may have an underlying fault that has led to the failure of the part and if not rectified could cause the same fault with the new part.
