Reach for Tenacious Tape whenever a tear or rip happens. Quickly fix tents, ski pants, or puffy coats with this strong, weatherproof tape that comes in GEAR AID's signature hex shape. The unique design allows for technical repairs, able to be placed along seams and zippers without hand trimming. The small hex is perfect for baffles on down sweaters, sleeping bags, and backpacks while the large hex fixes bigger repairs on tents, sleeping pads, and waders.

How to Apply Tenacious Tape
Clean Area with Isopropyl Alcohol
Clean the repair area with isopropyl alcohol to remove any dirt or body oils that may prevent a good bond. Trim any loose threads or feathers. No sewing skills or heat required!
Cut Tape to Size, Peel & Stick
Simply cut to size (if needed), round off corners to prevent tape from peeling. Peel off backing to apply it over the rip, tear, or hole. Patch should overlap tear by 0.5" (12 mm) all directions.
Press to Apply
Apply pressure from the center out. Smooth out any bubbles and ensure the edges lay flat. Wait at least 24 hours for Tenacious Tape to adhere properly before washing it.

Product Description
Tenacious Tape Repair Patches in round and hex shapes fix rips and holes on outdoor gear instantly. Simply peel-and-stick to patch up a tent, jacket or sleeping bag without sewing or ironing. Available as a black and clear 3” round or a hexagon patch (1.5” or 2.5” tall). The hex patches come in various colors including black, clear, coyote, and OD Green to match almost any fabric. Each 3” round pack contains two black nylon and two clear patches. There are also four hex patches in each pack, with all the same colors or a combination of different colors and sizes. Tenacious Tape Patches have an ultra-aggressive adhesive backing that will stick to nylon, vinyl, and polyester. Once applied, it won’t peel or come off even after a wash.
