Mettler Toledo XS64 Excellence Analytical Balance Scale 61g x 0.1mg with Adapter

The scale is in good cosmetic condition but has a problem accurately weighing anything that is put on the balance. When set up, the scale turns on as usual but does not zero correctly, resulting in inaccurate weight measurements. The level indicator (bubble) on the back of the scale levels out as it should. As you can see in the last few photos of the listing, the balance is showing a weight even when nothing is on the scale, and it frequently only shows the dashed lines rather than zeroing out. When we tested it, we placed a dime on the balance to weigh it, and the weight was inaccurate, with the measurement gradually increasing even with the windshields closed and on an antivibration table. According to the service menu, the balance has not been serviced since 2016; hence, the issue with the balance could be the need for a calibration service.  Power adapter is included.
