This CX16P3 kit includes 6 hexagon +3 square broaching heads and one tool holder.
The broaching head can be for hexagon hole or square hole making. Before placing order, customer should tell me the head size he needs.
The tool holder shank can be taper or straight. MT2, MT3, MT4 or straight 16, 20, 25, 32MM. Customer should tell me the shank he needs too.

Rotary die cutting tool
Rotary die cutting tool works by rotating the cutter to generate cutting force. The tool developed by the company is a special-shaped hole cutter with easy operation. It is most suitable for general machines, CNC automatic lathe, processing center and drilling machines. It can be used to make blind holes, through holes or regular/irregular polygons. Apart from standard hexagonal and square holes, special shapes such as star shape and spline can also be customized.

Broaching heads are for 3,4,5,6,8,10mm hexagon hole.
This listing is specially made according to customer's request. It includes one CX16P3(Morse #3) broaching tool holder, 6 PCS metric hexagon broaching tools and 3 PCS square broaching tools(8MM, 10MM, 12MM each).
Broaching tools can be made of inch size too. Such as the following:
1/8" Hex, 9/64" Hex, 5/32" Hex, 3/16" Hex, 7/32" Hex, 1/4" Hex, 5/16" Hex, 3/8" Hex
Customer can tell us the size of the broaching heads he prefers. Then we will prepare accordingly.
KC-CX16P's cutting capacity is as following:
For hexagon hole, edge to edge distance less than 17MM.
For square hole, edge to edge distance less than 12MM.
The broaching head can make hexagon hole on material hardness less than HRC 30. If your workpiece is made by stainless steel, we need to make suitable punch head and have extra cost.
By changing broaching heads, we can make different size hexagon hole, square hole, spline hole.
