Shipping and Local Pickup
Domestic Shipping in Continental United States:
Unless otherwise stated all orders sent to a continental USA location will be shipped via UPS or USPS. Shipping cost is calculated by zip code and is available at the top of the page. Note some items may include free or fixed rate shipping. Freight quotes will be provided promptly upon request, or one can select Local Pickup and manage the transportation pickup and expense directly. Additionally, ZRG Medical offers, and will quote, palletization services. Crating will require a charge for materials and labor. Please contact the seller to request a quote and have this charge added to your invoice. Non-freight orders are shipped within one business day of full payment receipt. Please allow at least 72hrs to process freight shipments.
Packaging
Appropriate packaging (ie bubble wrap, packing paper, boxes etc) is selected to fit the purchased items. All freight items will be palletized, shrink wrapped and strapped. If package is damaged upon receipt, please refuse the package so a claim can be filed with the carrier.
Return Policy
ZRG Medical will issue no refunds for shipping/handling or bank fees required to return items.
We describe our items the best we can and include pictures reflecting the condition as well as possible. If you are not satisfied with your purchased item, we will refund your payment in full (less shipping charges) if contacted within 30 days of delivery.
