This unit will work on all 6 cylinder 175/185,198 4.3L V6 engines originally equipped with the 2 barrel Mercarb
Will also work on 470'S and 488'S equipped with the rochester 2 barrel.

This is a service replacement carburetor built and calibrated to replace the part numbers listed above, these numbers are for reference only and are not stamped on this carburetor
Some models will require a slight modification of the fuel line

This is the one with the electric choke housing attached to the top/air horn and the fuel inlet faces to the same side as thge choke housing.
These carburetors feature new components, protective coat of black paint and yellow zinc plating of all hardware.
