Upper Screw Rod
Screwing the upper rod to adjust the height of the middle roll, thereby changing the bending angle, without complicated electric drive or electronic equipment, ‌makes the adjustment process simple and easy, ensures that the operation is intuitive and easy to master.

Adjustable Bending Angle
The bending angle can be changed by adjusting the slot position of the mold, allows for flexibility and ease of operation during bending, able to meet different needs of yours, manual and adjustable.

Base Plate
The enlarged outrigger base plate provides a larger support area, preventing the equipment from shifting or tilting during pipe bending operations, while also facilitating easier installation.

1. Wear proper apparel. Do not wear loose clothing, gloves, neckties, rings, bracelets or other jewelry which may get caught in moving parts of machine.
2. Wear protective hair covering to cover long hair.
3. Wear safety shoes with non-slip soles.
4. Wear safety goggles. Everyday glasses have only impact resistant lenses. They are NOT safety glasses.

5. Be alert and think clearly. Never operate tools when tired, intoxicated or when taking medications that cause drowsiness.
6. Keep work area clean. Cluttered work areas invite accidents.
7. Work area should be properly lit.
8. Keep visitors at a safe distance from work area.
9. Keep children away from work area.
10. Assemble only according to these instructions. Improper assembly can create hazards.
11. When tools are not in use, store them in a dry, secure place out of the reach of children. Inspect the tools prior to storage and before reuse.

The Tube Roller must be securely mounted to a solid surface before using, the size of the mounting hole is 11 mm. Operating the tool for certain operations will require exerting considerable force on the handle, thus it is essential that the tool be mounted to a heavy or immovable work bench or other work surface. Be certain there will be adequate clearance for the entire range of motion of the handle with no potential pinch points for the operator's hands.

Important:
The tube roller is coated with a protectant. To ensure proper fit and operation, please remove coating before start. Coating is easily removed with mild solvents, such as mineral spirits, and a soft cloth. Avoid getting cleaning solution on paint or any of the rubber or plastic parts. Solvents may deteriorate these finishes. Use soap and water on paint, plastic or rubber components. After cleaning, cover all exposed surfaces with a light coating of oil.

Never use highly volatile solvents. Non-flammable solvents are recommended to avoid possible fire hazard.

1. Maintain your tools. It is recommended to check the general condition before using any tool. Follow the procedures recommended in this manual and adopt careful repair and maintenance procedures to keep your tools in good condition.
2. Keep tools clean to ensure safe operation. Use only soap and a damp cloth to clean tools. Many household cleaners are harmful to plastics and other insulating materials. Do not allow liquids to enter the tool.
3. Before bending materials, apply some oil to the dies and rollers to ensure smoother operation.
4. Keep all components in proper working order. Check to ensure that guards or other parts are functioning correctly and performing their intended functions.
5. Inspect for damaged parts. Check moving parts for alignment, binding, breakage, improper installation, or any other condition that may affect tool operation.
6. Any damaged parts should be properly repaired or replaced. Do not perform temporary repairs.

Returns & Exchanges

▲ All  returns must be made within 14 days of delivery date. Items must be  in new, unused condition, with all original materials included with  the shipment. A partial refund may be applied for opened or damaged  items, depending on the condition.
▲ Items  returned under the buyer’s remorse: The return shipping fee must be  covered by the buyer; The original shipping cost will also be  deducted from the refund. 15% restocking fee of the items purchase  price will be charged. 
▲ Returns  that are the result of our seller's error: Buyer will receive a full  refund of the item as well as shipping charges

Defective & Damaged Products 

▲ If  product was received damaged or not as described, please send us  some pictures or videos, so we could well understand your problem,  then solve them for you ASAP. ▲ Replacement  or refund of defective or damaged products can only be returned in  exchange for the exact same product, or else, the purchase price  will be refunded back to your original payment method.
