ONLY THROW OUT THE BOX AND PACKAGING AFTER YOU HAVE INSPECTED THE ITEM AND ARE HAPPY THAT IT IS UNDAMAGED. Seldom do I have insurance claims but below is the procedure just in case . I insure through a 3rd party insurer and have to follow their procedures - your help would be required to process the claim.
IN THE RARE EVENT YOU RECEIVED THE ITEM AND IT IS DAMAGED -FIRSTLY CONTACT ME ASAP - KEEP THE BOX AND ALL PACKAGING MATERIALS JUST AS THE ITEM ARRIVED AS THEY WOULD BE NEEDED - pics of the not only the damaged item but also of the inner and outer box with the packaging present would be required to PROCESS THE INSURANCE CLAIM. Your help is required for the claim process - this is a simple process but must be honored before any payout / refund could be given. I PACKAGE TO THE VERY BEST OF MY ABILITIES BUT SOMETIMES THINGS HAPPEN THAT ARE OUT OF OUR CONTROL.
