REJECTED SHIPMENTS
If shipment is being rejected, then upon arrival back to our facility the full refund for the merchandise will be given back to original method of payment minus shipping charge paid during the checkout. Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be obtained for any return. To obtain an RMA number for a refund follow these steps: Find the item in My eBay under Purchase History and select Return this item from the More actions drop-down menu. Select the reason for the return. All returns require an RMA# on the label. If an item is returned to our facility without a RMA# it will be refused.
All returns must be in brand new condition and be packed with all contents which came with the original package including all the tags (if applicable). Retail box cannot be used as a shipping box.
A trackable and insured shipping method is strongly recommended, as we are not responsible for merchandise that has not reached our facility.
