McGill CM Economy Series 2-Piece Rod Ends are constructed from Carbon steel. The ball is inserted into the body and the head is swaged around the ball. These joints have no liner between the ball and the body, this gives a loose feel to the ball which is ideal for certain applications where vibration/resonance is present.

These joints are a direct solution to the issues you may have with resonance/vibration breaking up the bronze liner on your rod ends. These 2-piece motorsport grade rod ends give the ideal solution to this problem and hence last a lot longer than bronze lined items. In addition these joints are stronger (in both radial and axial load) than their bronze lines eduivalents.
