All other items are inspected and tested (where applicable) for working order before listing.  The policy for the return of these items is provided below.

If there are any problems or concerns, please send an e-mail during the auction time frame or within three business days of receiving the item.  Allow two business days for a response, as we are not always in the office. If there are any issues PLEASE NOTIFY US IMMEDIATELY before leaving any feedback or DSR ratings.

RETURN POLICY

Returns for auction items (other than **AS IS**) will be honored as long as an e-mail is received by us within three business days of the mail delivery confirmation of the item.  Please provide an explanation for the return of the item and allow two business days for our response.

There will be a 20 % restocking fee on returned items.
