A wire extender bracket part from a 1940s Ludwig snare drum. Nickel finish, see photos for hole spacing. Very hard to find!

Good condition, light wear as shown, no warping, rivet joint is solid. The mounting screw holes have been slightly enlarged on this one. Has not been cleaned.
