Lot of 80+ Vtg Ponytail Holders Kids Hair Ties Plastic Never Used. I don't see or feel anything wrong with the elastic on them, they were never used. Please keep in mind they are vintage so I am not sure about the strength of all the elastic just because of their age. They appear to be all good though.
