*We ship USPS in USA including Alaska and Hawaii. *We normally ship the next business day after a valid payment is received. *We do not ship on Saturday, Sunday or holidays. *Standard package is normally delivered within 3-10 days per USPS service, but can take up to 30 days or more. *USPS Priority Mail and USPS Express Mail can be utilized for an additional fee, but is non-refundable.
Terms of Sale
*We offer a 30 day return policy. *All returns must be new, unused and/or unopened. The product must be in original packaging including all instructions, tags, etc., if applicable. In this case, a refund will be issued less a 15% restocking fee. *Returned merchandise that is either opened, used or missing items will be issued a 40% partial refund. *The buyer is responsible for return shipping. *The retail box cannot be used as a shipping box.* A traceable and insured shipping method is strongly recommended, as we are not responsible for merchandise that has not reached our facility.
