The pictures shown are of the actual items up for sale. All items shown are new and still in their factory sealed retail packages. The retail packaging shows some signs of distress from being in storage. They all will have some surface scratches on their plastic boxes. The 23145 3/16" Ogee bit has a hole and crack in it's retail box (see picture). There is nothing wrong with the bit and package is still factory sealed.
