These were purchased at an industrial sale earlier this year, and they were brand new in the original bulk factory bags. We packaged them in heavy Ziplok bags for resale. Simply drill about a 3/8" hole, compress the anchor with your fingers as shown, pop it through the drywall. Run the screw through the anchor and tighten to expand the wings. Next time your wife overloads the attached item, it will pull off large slabs of drywall rather than little chips.
