LOOK Keo Carbon blade replacement kit

16 nm Look Keo Carbon blade replacement kit.  I bought a pair of Look Keo blade pedals for my new bike and they came with these 16 nm blades.  I replaced them with 12nm blades almost immediately because I personally found the 16nm blades too hard to clip out of the pedals.
