The machine can select metals for detection. After turning on the switches of the operation host and the metal selection host, press the Copper button (copper measurement button) of the metal selection host. The corresponding light on the operation host lights up (Copper), indicating successful selection and the ability to scan and detect copper.

The operation methods for silver, gold, gemstones, and diamonds are the same.

I.The Method of Holding the Machine

Place the right arm vertically on the side of the body, so that the right arm can be stable without shaking. Hold the operating host with the antenna probe pointing straight ahead, or press the center of the left palm against the right arm, and hold the handle of the operating host with the right hand. Hold the operating host in front of your chest, with the antenna head and probe pointing straight ahead.

II.Walking Training

Grasp the machine tightly according to the above method, first walk in a straight line and flat ground to make the machine move steadily forward. The body and gait should be calm, and the machine should not tilt or rotate due to body shaking or unstable footsteps. After a little training, the footsteps will start to become stable. Then start walking on curved flat terrain, and finally find uneven and curved roads to walk on. If you can still keep the current direction of the machine stable and forward, it indicates that you have initially mastered the basic conditions for using the machine.

III.Setting Goals for Training

Point the probe of the machine in any direction, ensuring that the probe does not swing freely, and then rotate the body. The machine will also rotate accordingly. If the target is locked, the direction of the probe remains unchanged. This training can be extended to any object as the target, allowing the machine to change direction with the target object, and to point the probe towards the locked target object regardless of the direction it takes. Training for one to two weeks will make you proficient.

IV.Detailed Explanation of Operating Methods

1. Box method: The four sides are pointed, and the intersection area is where the metal is located. It is the most common operating method. Practice more in order to become a skilled detector. (Never stand still and let the machine rotate on its own, which is a very wrong operation.)

For the first time, after turning on the machine host, the probe needs to be grounded for 2-3 minutes, preferably in contact with soil.

This method aims to locate as accurately as possible. Approaching the target from four directions to obtain accurate and equal responses for precise target localization. (If the probe points towards the target object in each of the four directions, record the points that have been pointed, and finally connect the lines. The intersecting area is where the metal is located. At that moment, you can also use an ordinary metal detector to detect the intersecting area, and the results obtained are quite accurate.) Some people who are quite proficient in using machines can almost accurately locate the target point to their feet. To achieve this level, practicing diligently is essential. If the probe does not point in any direction in all four directions, it needs to be measured at 1m, scaled inward, and then walked in four directions; If it still doesn't exist, it needs to be further reduced by 1m until there is a pointing situation. If there is a point, record the position where it is pointing. In all four directions, there is a point, and the measured result is very accurate; If only one point can be confirmed and the other three directions do not point, it is impossible to determine the position of the target; At least two points are required to confirm the target position. When excavating at the target location, for every 50cm of excavation, it is necessary to check again to confirm if the positioning is accurate, in order to prevent errors caused by false signal transmission.
