Does need some assembly ... cross bars fit sides with 2 bolts/nuts each side (8 total). Very sturdy!

Overall length and height when in folded position: 17 1/2" x 4 1/2 " inches.

The top raises up 11 inches and forward 7 1/2 inches.

The specs say it will hold between 110 and 220 lbs when opening.
