LEONIS Shirts and Favorites was founded in 1971 in Japan, selling a variety of household goods.  Over the years, we have transitioned to a maker of shirts for the working woman as well as provider of a variety of fashion accessories and sewing materials.

SHIPPING

• Our items will be shipped via Japan Post by Economy/ Standard International Mail Service or Express Mail Service (EMS) depending on the shipping destination.
• The tracking number is only available for orders shipped by EMS and will be provided as soon as the payment is confirmed.
• It usually takes 7-14 business days for shipments to be delivered by Economy/ Standard International Mail Service, and around 7 days by EMS. However, please understand that it may take more time for some destinations.
• Please allow up to 20 business days for delivery. Any delays after the parcel has reached the customs are not under our control.  If you do not receive your order within 30 days, please contact us by email ([email removed by eBay])
• There are limitations to our shipping area, therefore please check the shipping exception area.

International Buyers - Please Note

RETURNS

All items are returnable with our acceptance

• Unable to repair & exchange others (No substitutes)
• You should contact us within 14 Days after receiving the item 
• Only unused items or items that are are damaged by the time of receipt item will be refunded
• All shipping costs and any charges for returns need to be paid by buyers. However, if the item is received damaged or lost in transit, we will cover you from being responsible.

**Be sure to email us first if you request any returns and refunds. Otherwise we cannot accept any of your returns/refunds request.
