We use Fedex and USPS to ship our items. We ship Monday through Friday, If you pay on Friday afternoon the package will go out Monday. All items are shipped within one business day after payment is received. Please allow 2-10 business days for delivery.
Tracking information will be sent to you once the shipping label is printed.
Local Pickup: All items will be shipped unless arrangements are made and agreed to in advance, PRIOR to bidding.
RETURNS/EXCHANGES/ISSUES
We stand behind what we sell 100%. If you are not satisfied please send it back for a full refund, no questions asked. We only do full refunds. We prefer that you send the item back for a full refund unless I have parts or something you need. Buyer pays return shipping, but if we have something you need we will pay the shipping to make your transaction everything you hoped it would be. If your item is damaged in shipping we will open a claim with FedEX.
If you feel the item is not as described we will do whatever is necessary to make it right. Please contact me before opening a case with ebay, as it is our desire to work this out before involving eBay. Simply click "contact seller", select "returns" and send us a message.
About Us
All of our items are shelf pulls or store returns. While many are unopened returns, some may be damaged, missing parts, and/or missing documentation. We will do our best to desctibe if anything is missing, broken or damaged. We will test whatever can be plugged in, but not necessarily for full functionality. Unless otherwise noted, we sell everything as a functioning product. We have a no hassle 30 day return policy (see below). If you have any questions or see something that does not look right, please ask, don't assume it is or isn't.
