This was bought at a retired clock repair shop. being sold as is part or repair only.

 I can not say for sure they are new or unused but look to me to be in very good condition and since they were bought from a clock repair shop in a box without a clock that is why I say they may be unused. BUT AGAIN I CAN NOT SAY THAT FOR SURE.
