RETURN POLICY: We offer free returns on most of our items for 30 days. That means if you're unhappy with your item for any reason, we will pay the return shipping for you. Once we receive your returned item, as long as it is in the same condition as it was sent and within 30 days from when you received it, we will issue you a full refund for the price of your item (not including your original shipping). ITEMS THAT ARRIVE DAMAGED: If you receive an item that has been damaged, please do not throw away the item or the packaging it arrived in. Before a refund can be issued, we will need to see photos of both the item and its packaging. Then, we may ask you to hold on to both the item and its packaging for inspection by the carrier, or we may ask you to return the item to us, in which case we will provide you with a pre-paid return shipping label.
