Original farmhouse strains from Norway. Cultured on a farm in the pristine Outer Hebrides Scotland. All yeast is cultured with white labs nutrients and tested.
Fast fermented at warmer temperatures, great flavour profiles.Starsan sanitation is used throughout the process with dedicated drying chambers.
kveik requires double the nutrients to a normal yeast. Best results make a starter. Rehydration is preferred. Enough yeast for 19l of standard wort. Kveik performs well under-pitched and improves the results.
