Kueffel and Esser 3 Ring Binder Ledger Draft Folder 47-9982 RARE READ

Its about 18" from the middle of the ring and about 11.5"  from top to bottom   It must be rare. An appraiser said it most likely a souvenir or gift when previous owner visited their location in Hoboken NJ prior to closing in 1968 and not meant for general retail...thus making this a rare item.   Most likely for a collector or Museum  of everything Keuffel and Esser will want this for their collection and complete their display with an authentic ledger / binder.  .    The loose leaf binder does work.   looks like never used.
